Chest Press
Dual axis lets users determine
their own optimal path of motion, for a full range of horizontal adduction
regardless of body size. The adjustable start postition increases safety
and the overhead pivot ensures a biomechanically correct motion. |
 |
Pulldown
The dual-axis technology
allows a greater range of motion in the frontal plane than any
other machine by allowing the user to start directly overhead and
move outward, then down, then in toward the sides. The user also
has the ability to perform a narrow grip pulldown of varying widths
ranging from several inches to shoulder width. The machine provides
maximum resistance at the beginning of motion and appropriately
decreases the resistance to allow full contraction at the end. |
 |
Row/Rear Delt
The overhead pivot creates a biomechanically correct motion for better muscle isolation. The variable-resistance cam ensures a proper strength profile throughout motion. The foot brace adds comfort. |
 |
Overhead Press
The counterbalanced exercise arm allows deconditioned users to develop overhead lifting strength. The variable-resistance cam provides a feeling of "even" resistance while a choice of grips includes a neutral postion for individual preferences. |
 |
Arm Curl
The input arm automatically adjusts to any forearm length while the handles rotate to allow maximum comfort and isolation. |
 |
Arm Extension
The adjustable, angled back pad ensures torso stability. The handles automatically adjust to accommodate forearm length for better tricep isolation. |
 |
Seated Leg Press
The convenient upright positioning offers added confort versus tradtitional prone leg curls. |
 |
Leg Extension
The back pad adjusts to provide constant alignment of the knee with the axis or rotation. The tibia pad adjusts without affecting the start position angle of the knee. |
 |
Prone Leg Curl
The forearm pads replace the traditional chest pad to increase upper-body stability and accommodate a neutral head position. |
 |
Rotary Calf
The footplate rotates through a natural arc with variable resistance, keeping the foot in constant contact with the plate, and eliminating the need to roll the foot over the plate's edge. |
 |
Ab Crunch
The single point of rotation placed behind the user creates an ideal downward motion for abdominal isolation, without utilizing the hip flexors. |
