Completing this form does not create a reservation for, nor does it constitute
approval or confirmation of, requested facilities or event services. This form
shall not constitute a binding agreement for the use of facilities until all
relevant portions of this form have been completed and you have received a
confirmation from an authorized representative of the Norman C. Nelson
Student Union.
- Facility use will only be reserved for University Medical Center student,
faculty, staff or affiliated organizations in furtherance of the
institutions mission.
- Organizations must comply with all applicable Medical Center policies,
procedures, rules and regulations.
- Meeting rooms cannot be used for commercial purposes.
- In order to maximize facility usage, the Union's management and staff reserve the right to
reassign conference rooms at any time. When communicating your events location to participants regardless
of the specific conference room assigned, please
refer to the space as the: "Student Union Conference Center." Appropriate directional signs will be used at the
time of the event to facilitate easy patron access.
